Why the Economic Development Partnership Matters and Why I’m All In

As Chairman of the Independence Economic Development Partnership, I’m proud to highlight the organization’s value to our city. The Partnership plays a vital role in driving economic growth, job creation, and community development in Independence, MO. By fostering collaboration between local businesses, government, and stakeholders, we attract new investments, support entrepreneurship, and enhance the city’s competitiveness. Our efforts aim to improve the local economy, increase tax revenue, and create opportunities for residents, ultimately making Independence a better place to live, work, and thrive.

As Chairman, my goal is to strengthen the Partnership by recruiting high-level members who are committed to actively participating in our initiatives. Having been a beneficiary of the city’s services for 68 years, I believe it’s time to give back and contribute to the community’s growth. By joining the Economic Development Partnership, I’ve positioned myself at the heart of Independence’s development, working closely with key stakeholders to shape the city’s economic future.

Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant Independence that benefits everyone. I’m excited to work with like-minded individuals who share my passion for community development and economic growth.
