The Independence Chamber of Commerce has meeting room space available for use by our members at no charge. Normal operating hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Any usage scheduled outside those times must be pre-approved by staff.
Board Room:
This is our largest room and can seat up to 32 people with tables or up to 60 people in a theater setting. Includes complete audio-visual system.
Osage Room:
Seating for up to 12 people with tables. A 65-inch video screen is available for use including Zoom.
White Oak Room:
Seating for up to 10 people with tables. A 55-inch video screen is available for use. This room can be combined with the Board room as they adjoin.
Studio 210:
This is our podcast and video studio. Includes computer system, microphones and other items needed to produce your own podcast (audio or video). Availability is subject to availability of staff member to run system.
All spaces have free wifi access for both the host and guests
