Sometimes the highest praise is that which comes without seeking it. This past week, we were sent a link to a blog post highlighting “9 Ways to Get Your Members to Read Your Newsletter” and among the list was the Independence Chamber and a reference to our weekly FYI newsletter. I’ve always preached that the Chamber is not about the organization but instead about our members and that is what caught the attention of the blog writer. Mikealene on our staff does an incredible job with assembling the newsletter and our staff always helps contribute content and looks for ways we can feature what our members are doing. One of our strengths as an organization is to be able to share information among our members and the community in general. We offer the reach that most small businesses can’t get on their own.

Just another reason to be a Chamber member.
